Building a Legacy of Impact and Service

I embarked on my journey as a single mother at 17, and over the past 39 years, I’ve had the privilege of raising three dedicated adults and being “Nana” to six grandchildren. Through the challenges of motherhood, I found my true purpose: to create a lasting legacy for my family and make a meaningful difference in others' lives.

With a background in social services and a desire to make a tangible impact, I joined Nia Association as a Program Coordinator, where I worked with individuals with disabilities. This role fueled my passion, leading me to revive a dormant program that aligned with my vision. This initiative grew into what is now 365 Works.

365 Works has become a leading minority-owned business in Middle Tennessee, focusing on high-quality transportation services for seniors, patients, veterans and individuals with disabilities. We are committed to giving back through community support, including holiday adoption, rent and utility assistance, and transportation for those in rural areas.

Our journey is driven by faith and a commitment to making a positive difference. At 365 Works, we are honored to serve our community and help improve lives every day. Each one for One!
